CHEF DE PARTIE
In the heart of Antwerp’s Fashion District, Le Pristine creates a culinary experience where the refined Zeeland terroir meets the elegance and flair of Italy. Le Pristine, awarded one Michelin star, operates under the creative direction of chef Sergio Herman.
To further strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a Chef de Partie with ambition, passion and a drive for quality.
TASKS
• Preparing and executing cold and hot dishes according to the standards of Le Pristine.
• Handling mise en place and following up on orders.
• Working closely with the team to ensure perfect service and consistent quality.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness and structure within your own section.
• Assisting the chefs where necessary.
• Checking and processing deliveries.
PROFILE
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and motivated to grow in a top-level kitchen.
• Strong eye for detail and a true hands-on mentality.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
SCHEDULE
• Full-time position, the working week runs from Wednesday to Saturday.
